youtube videos of BSF sound pretty good. Decent tones all around, might be my imitation B3K on budget.

I can tell you it sounds bad ass when you run it through an SVT-3 Pro and a couple of Hartke 410 cabs. Since there weren't spots in the board to mic us and the headliner, my band filled the room with stage volume. The spot between the drums and my stack was absolutely glorious.
The blend knob is key to the whole thing. I find that when you blend in too much of the pedal signal, it strips the bass out and puts in honkey mids.
Okay, here's me messing around with the BSF last night using the Bird.

OK, so a hundred bucks for the Epi TBird hard shell case is ludicrous. Preposterous. Outrageous.
A few trips in the back of my truck and the faux leather covering is already getting tears in it. I loaded that case from the back of my truck, into the van, and hauled it to the gig. That's about 90 miles total of riding around in a truck and a carpeted van. I lost one of the dang metal feet already. Its huge and it's garbage.
I scored big time buying one that had been damaged in shipping (a hole had been knocked in the side) and only paid $35 for it, but even at brand new I wouldn't have been all that pleased paying $35 for a case that can't survive a year without looking like its been around the world twice.

I think it helps to have a case look beat up... less to worry about while it's doing what it needs to do, protecting what's inside. I've been thinking about buying a beat up case for my son's SG so that his OHSC case stays nice for collectability. <---I know, not a word.

I'm going to build my own case that'll hold more than just my t-bird(s). less expensive and more to my design as well. EDIT: it'll be a coffin case because i can't find any without the b.c rich logo, or thats even available here in canada. So building my own will be nice touch. It'll hold my other basses and future builds as well.
I just bit the bullet and bought the HC for my Classic Pro and while it is a beautiful case my first thought was this isn't going to make it. I was delivered yesterday and I'm trying to decide how I'm going to load it with the rest of my gear.

Mine had wear marks on it just getting shipped to me packed in a plastic bag inside a cardboard box.
