If you were around here, I'd cut you a great deal to work on that. Like just parts. Might have to keep it an extra week to test it thoroughly...

Well CB... It's all on you now. The imp in my head, chewed a hole through my patience. I ran back down to the pawn shop, & the Li'l 7-bomb was gone. Mine weren't meant to be, so maybe yerz is!:thumbsup:

Agreed -those bolt neck Birds are a great modding platform. I'm constantly thinking of projects:woot:.
Ideas rolling around in my head include a short scale RD using an EB3 copy neck and a Fenderbird with a bound/blocked Chinese JB neck I have on hand.
I'm not in a position time-wise to take on a bass project for a while, so buying the VP got me playing a nice Bird.

I think the same guy who introduced me to Guadalcanal Diary and introduced me to DOA (yeah. diverse tastes FTW!) Sad to hear about Randy.

Yeah, it always sucks when one of your inspirations "buys the farm". Also makes you more aware of yer own mortality.
