Ironically, the bassist in his band was playing a Ric.He KNOWS that there are only 2 types of bass; jazz and precision. It was a 50/50 guess.
I think it's the Subsequent 37.What model Moog?
Next time bring a real bass: THUNDERBIRD(NR)musicians can be goofy......some pretend to care.......i play with this drummer (would rather not but he's part of a band that calls me occasionally) that asks the same dense questions.....when i play one of my Ps he asks "do you have a J?" when i play one of my Js he asks "do you have a P?"......he can't be that slow...some do it to annoy i think...the other day i told him that a drummer in another band i play with uses a Latin Percussion drumset and that it sounds much better than his Tama......he looked at me like this..
.....couldn't stop laughing......priceless...
And every time, tell the drummer what it is.Next time bring a real bass: THUNDERBIRD(NR)![]()
to have him ask if i have an EB-3? nah....some folks plain aren't worth it...Next time bring a real bass: THUNDERBIRD(NR)![]()
Borrow an EB-1 and [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]send him over the edge.to have him ask if i have an EB-3? nah....some folks plain aren't worth it...
at the risk of being asked "how do you like that Hofner?" although with this guy it'd probably be something like "haven't seen one of them Steinbergers in a long time".......Borrow an EB-1 and [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]send him over the edge.

2nd, while it does want to neck dive, I found that with the body shape my comfort position is actually with my arm resting on the back part of the body so it was actually pretty comfortable. I would create and install in strap extender regardless to help position it a bit more like my others anyways and that should hopefully help with any dive, if there is any. Lots of folks are saying with a good wide strap, which i have, there is no dive (fingers crossed).
Nice price, tube head alert! (Traynor YBA200)

for use with your THUNDERBIRD.

You should go check it out! It's within an hour from you, right?I could have sworn GC used to provide useful information on their site, but that's not the case these days. Condition: good. OK, what does that mean in this case?
If the strap button is on the upper bout, move it to where the upper, outer neck plate screw hole would be. That helps a lot.
And who's fault is that? We'll just blame @JJR58
* One guitarist was actively hostile because it wasn't a tort and burst P with flats -- he was kicked to the kerb.
Well, been gassing for a Vintage Thunderbird Pro in alpine white since I first saw them. Something about the white and chrome just grabbed me visually. Always toyed with the idea of getting a tbird eventually, but it was this white vintage pro that pushed my GAS into action.
Always been scared of thunderbirds due to the internet chatter of neck dive, and size of the bass.
I was hesitant without trying one so I went to my local GC a few different times to see if they had any. Today, they had the Pro IV which i know is not the same, but I figured i'd try it out sitting/standing with a strap and it should give me at least a point of reference.
1st observation, it isn't as "big" as I perceived it to me, or I am bigger than I thought (and not in a good way..). Let's go with the former....

I found one on Reverb that caught my eye that was a fair price, had money burning a hole in my paypal account and I pulled the trigger...
I'll share pics once it's in my hands!
