That’s very cool! Those are nice birds with the 120th Anniversary inlay. I almost bought one in 2015 when I bought my ‘15. Our GC had both on sale and I chose the ‘15. I decided I also wanted the ‘14, but when I went back for it a couple weeks later it was gone.Hi all,
So it was a hard decision for my 1st Tbird (not really) but I decided on a 2014 in the Walnut/Natural color. I’m a sucker for natural finishes and I absolutely love love that look on this style of bass. It was pretty much love at first sight. So classy. I’ll post pics when I get it and convert it to lefty.
Thanks for the help all.![]()
I have been thinking about this since I first saw it. If it was a different finish I probably would have pulled the trigger. ESP stuff is fantastic and I wouldn't lump this in with the bolt neck Epi's.

Ok I can’t resist.
Just a screenshot but man what a looker! Something tells me if I put the strap pin in the (now) top horn it will balance really well and look awesome! I’m also thinking a black pickguard or pickguard delete. If anyone has an extra black pickguard please pm me.
Black pickguards were available until the pandemic from this seller on eBay. Overstocktoys | eBay Stores. He is reputable. Contact him to see whether he can hook you up.View attachment 3903866

Sure!Nice work! I’ve got a couple basses that could use that. Not any of my birds though. Next time I’m in Sacto I’ll bring ‘em by...
Ok, now we know what they are. What are they for?
Nice! And it's already got a Hipshot bridge on it, which is great. I like the white pickguard on it. But either way, I'd get another and a Thunderbird decal to put on so it sits properly when it's flipped. I'd first try it with the stock neck heel strap pin. I don't know if that lower bout comes out far enough to make enough of a difference.View attachment 3903866

There is a rout for wiring under the pickguard.View attachment 3903866
