Lady Goth is out of the operating room!
Recall she was limping along and needed Hipshot surgery. The operation was a success. Four screws were installed in her Hipshot...

...she now has all her original functionality back and the screws are barely visible. The patient was a real trooper and didn't require any anesthesia, however the doctor did put down a couple of gin and tonics (strictly for medicinal purposes of course). Miss Goth is now free to resume her pot and cap test.

Now take one for the team and shave off the front curved edge of the bridge and see how that works out!

Oddly, I think the tailpiece with the 3-point actually looks pretty cool in black. In chrome I find it kinda silly-looking.

Really good band! Better than some of the big hair metal bands. Too bad they didn't get more exposure (sic). Looks like a really fun band in concert, too.

They were very fun live. Saw them as openers a couple of times. One of the guitarists also plays with Rhino Bucket.

Truth be told, I'm not really that fond of the Hipshot bridge look on a TBird, with the exception of the Goth. Oddly enough, I think it's the best looking bridge on a Goth. All other birds should have the VP two piece bridge. Gibby and Eppi should retire the three point.

I agree. Fortunately my '77 Greco has the bridge cover, so I don't have to look at the three point.

Well, that’s what he said it was called. Who knows. He was entertaining in that video. Can’t say I know much about him other than he was the bassist in Pantera; not exactly a band that’s in my rotation. Other than that Vid, not seeing the news anywhere else.
