No doubt. I don't know what they were. Or are, since I still have them somewhere. Probably in the case, but why bother? The bass is now the Flamingo, and it's plenty modified including drilling several holes in it. Taking it back to stock would be pointless.

I've found Gotoh's to be the best looking/quality upgrade for modern T-bird's. No adapting - direct replacement. Comes in black also.

Yep. Wanting to pull the trigger on the new amp. New Tbirds from either Gibson or Epi or both are likely to be announced. And now this. I don’t have anything like a Casady and I know if I don’t get a PB one, I’ll regret it.

It probably just needs a preamp. It may put out some sound if you plug a bass in directly. My Marshall power amp does. It’s just not very loud.

All the same colour with different photo saturation levels. My guess it looks most like the top one shot in the store. Even still, it's one of those shades which will look different in different light conditions. Always liked colours like that.

I understand all the apparent color differences and their causes, but what's really ruining it for me is the obvious satin or nearly flat finish on the bottom two pictures. The first pic, the one I really like, is high gloss and looks great. The others without the high gloss look like Gumby or modeling clay, not appealing to me in the slightest.

I'd be surprised if it was anything but gloss.
