For sure. I didn’t even know he had a gold one on there before.
Those, or something similar around here are actually pretty good, and I'm not much of a candy person. Donuts and Ice Cream are where the real thrills are at. Not necessarily together, but who knows.

The Gold I got from @Larry V looked great. Especially if it caught the light just right. But otherwise, not on that custom PG. I'd only seen a sample of the PG's pattern when I ordered the gold.

Thanks for the confirmation on the string gauge/nut question I posed the other week.
Just fitted a set of Ernie Ball Power Slinky's ( 50 to 110 ).
A slight intonation adjustment ( plus a bonus unexpected lowering of the action ) and she plays lovely.
Much better string tension/feel for my playing and a nice punchy/growly tone.

Reminds me nothing of mine.... Well, wait, we both play right-handed! Any similarities vanish beyond that.
I got out of music back in 2018. But man these new Non Reverse Thunderbirds are speaking to me....

I can play exactly like this; poorly, but otherwise exactly the same.
One of the advantages of bigger strings I have found is the ability to lower the action. YMMV
