So while waiting for my NR to show up at the HOG I got distracted by this, honestly sometimes I don't know what gets into me. Built by ebay seller jazzbassman. The bass really is a monster. Quality parts used throughout Allparts neck and the body is from a wood shop in South Carolina. CTS pots, Bues Tribute pickup, cloth wiring etc. Reliced lacquer finish.

yeah, I’m not seeing any 7ender shapes there at all.
Oh, it doesn't make any kind of sense, really. Just somebody long ago decided to do it that way, and everybody else just sorta went along with it.
