Here's what Google came up with.

The original NR hang bugged me, and my Reverse hangs exactly where I like it, with a heel button, so I made the leap. View attachment 4475153

It was definitely a pucker-moment, drilling a new bass, but the change was transformative. About 20 gigs in, and I’m thrilled. :hyper:

Hope this helps with your decision.
It does look more natural for playing. (Just can't bring myself to say it hangs well.....)

I don't know why Gibson doesn't just put the button there in the first place. It's there on all of my 'Birds, the P-Bird, the EB-2, and I moved it there on the 2013 EB. The EB was fine with the button in the original location, but it was limited in what you could do with it. It was like a Fender, in that it had one spot where it wanted to be and that was it. With the pin relocated, it can hang wherever I want it to, not where it wants to.

I miss Summer, it's been pretty rainy and now turning cold.

I love all your birds, but that purple one is probably my favorite on you. It coordinates perfectly with the highlights in your hair.
As for summer, it might finally be over in SoCal, I just turned the home heaters on for the first time today. They’ll probably get turned off in mid Feb when we start to ease back into summer again.

Well..........

......it works! :hyper:

(I put a Thunderbird in the pic so I could be thread-topic relevant. For a change. )

Some of the pots are scratchy as he......ck, but otherwise seems to be functioning as it should :smug:
Awesome!
Did you end up installing the new speaker in the cab?

We'll dry out in late June early July, my feet will quit being cold about that time.
