I think it got black at the factory.
I've seen other colors under some of the paint jobs from Peavey.

So Peavey like Fender & others if they needed extra basses, in a particular colour for an order would respray over what they had in the factory at that time?I think it got black at the factory.

Millenium Bridge Allen Wrench Size
Does anyone know the allen hex size on a millenium? Like many of us, i just guess - is ut 1mm?
Class right there.Swapped the single ply black pickguard off of this one, it ended up on the '92 Fury that got the Thunderbird pickup surgery.
Peavey sold me this pickguard for $8 a couple years ago.

Now THAT is a proper PBass !!! Like Runnerman said, classy ! Something about a white PBass that just fits the overall aesthetic. That black outline makes it !Swapped the single ply black pickguard off of this one, it ended up on the '92 Fury that got the Thunderbird pickup surgery.

The Millennium USA basses have Hipshot USA bridges and the allen wrench size is 1/16".
I generally like the Gen 2 Fury basses over the Gen 3's but this Gen 3 is pretty nice I think, the neck is very stable. Now THAT is a proper PBass !!! Like Runnerman said, classy ! Something about a white PBass that just fits the overall aesthetic. That black outline makes it !
I do the foam thing, too sometimes when I want to get the Carol Kaye tone.
Is that a Geezer ? Passive or active ?

Yes, the bright white Gen 3 neck is a very good feeling neck, and seasonally stable too. That's a transitional Fury with the 2 piece neck I believe. The body and hardware are Gen3 all the way. Just getting rid of the crudely cut single ply plastic guard on these takes it up a notch. I imagine it's a great player.
The RJIV looks like it came out of the factory yesterday.I just posted two of my basses on the classified. My RJIV, and Millennium 4 Plus purple.

My opinion also. The original pickup didn't sound bad, but it wasn't as quiet as I need. The Geezer P checks all the boxes. That is the EMG Geezer P and they are passive...best P pickup I've ever had.

Good day to you all!
Peavey Jack Daniels Bass guitar body
I asked the seller on Reverb about this bass body and if she had a neck on hand that would be a match, and here is the response I recieved.
(I honestly don’t even know what kind of body this is!! I have sooooo many Peavey Bass/ guitar bodies that have no type of labeling on them. I don’t know what most of them are. If you can tell me what it is I can tell you if I have a neck for it! Any information is greatly appreciated.)
This got my juices flowing as eventually I would love to create some semi-custom builds using Peavey bodies as a starting point...
...so there's my question, what type of Peavey neck will fit this body?
Thanks y'all!
Cheers!
PS. Here's the complete bass. I would love to get some info on these...are they a one-off type thing or is it a Peavey model to which they just added the J.D. motif...?
