My worst neck out of anything is a GV
^^anyone know what that body is? Guessing a BXP Millenium 5?.... trying to fit a USA millenium 5 neck to something
Anyone know if this is the same body as (the link) AND if a usa millenium neck will directly bolt up?

Thought was an optical illusion,but noticed the way the serial on back of the headstock on the T20 I just bought. Seems to look upside down? Maybe my OCD? Just curious if other T20 were like this?
so a USA Millenium could be used in the pocket?... guessing there was no reason to change the CAD drawing
I've seen some clerical mistakes shipped (that didn't really matter)
A few years back, I had a GBass Neck marked Millenium... pure production mistake that came out of the auction. The third chucklehead owner (after me) then chose to do the "custom made... modulus... blah blah barf blah" instead of saying "honest mistake?
Some models (think t60 or t27 had stuff like the neck plate installed to what I'd think of as upside down).... Maybe my headstand game is really off.

Yeah, the SF is the bomb for tone. The T40 pickups do have that smoother top end and more mid push, which in the bridge position really complimented the SF in both volume and tonality. Plus, when split, you get that more familiar Jazz/Foundation bite. Granted, a split T40 isn't nearly as good sounding as a SF soloed, but nice in a blend...
Plus, they look cool together!
The main thing is to check magnetic polarity for the pickups and coils you plan on using the most. If they are all laying out loose, just seeing which pickups and coils attract each other when placed face to face will start you down the proper path for hum cancelling.

Oooo, that’s intriguing - I might put my T40 at the bridge and move the SF to the neck position- hmmmmm…..
Looking back over my videos, I think I got this bass in 2015. Although I have not always had it in my possession, playing this bass over seven years means it ties my dearly departed Rickenbacker 4000 as the longest I have ever owned a bass. That is just one more reason to keep it!
