P.S. For those of you that are curious about the 32" Warmoth conversions I'm doing...I confirmed with my guitar tech that mounting holes on Peaveys pretty much line up with 32" Warmouth Warhead necks and messaged @F-Clef-Jef with the following:Sh#t...that reminds me. I need to answer @F-Clef-Jef's question about Warmoth Warhead neck mounting holes and how they line up with the Peaveys...I haven't forgotten about you Jef!

"I picked up another 32" Peavey project from my tech...just finished today (90s Fury with a rare all rosewood Warmoth Warhead neck...gorgeous). My tech confirmed that the mounting holes line up and I also got to the place where I store my parts and was able to confirm as well. Hope this helps and sorry for the very delayed confirmation!
Here's the Fury I picked up from my tech (the Legacy Lane Poor MM pickup in this thing rips!):

Here is the other Fury I tested with a Padouk/Ebony Warhead neck:

Hope this helps anyone thinking about doing this.
Correct. So it is then fully functional medium scale bass? You don't have to move the bridge or anything else?
Yes. The Warmoth Warhead necks work very similarly to Brad Lowe's (@BTL) 32" conversion necks when mounted on Peavey bodies (I've done it with a Foundation and a 90s Fury so far...I have a couple Patriots, Furies, and a T-40 body up next). It was literally a happy accident myself and my tech found one day...No way!
P.S. There is a beautiful wenge/pau ferro 32" Warhead on eBay for a reasonable price right now...I don't need another neck but one of you might...
That's the one...very pretty neck.

Please note, however, some Peavey neck pockets are sloppier than others...
I tend to think that, because it is not a conversion neck specifically, you'd need to also move the bridge...but I'll let people who actually know what they are talking about answer further...What would happen if you put a Peavey neck on a short-scale Warmoth body? I would assume that won't work, just because :=)
