I also just spotted a KOA Randy Jackson on Reverb. I didn't even know that existed.
What years were these basses produced?I saw it, too. Has to be one of the most rare instruments Peavey made.

1991Man, that's a fine pair. The fretless koa had to be a special order. If the D-Tuner is a black Titian type from the factory, that is a rare bird. Hipshot didn't make many at all. What are the years and is the fretless fingerboard ebony? Looks dark enough.
FWIW.....the koa RJ IV is gone from Reverb. Hope someone here got it.
