Unwatchable movies

I could not stand "Fight Club". Had to turn it off after 15 minutes. My girlfriend tried to get me to watch "Little Women" with her and I fell asleep. There was a movie with Haley Joel Osmet and Jude Law called "A.I. Artificial Intelligence" that I thought was really weird and really long. There's not too many I turn off because I just order the one's I want to see from Netflix.

Napoleon Dynamite

I have never in my life while watching a movie wanted to just kick something in the head after the first 15 minutes, until I watched that.

After years and YEARS of hearing people rave about this movie I saw it in the discount rack at Wally World and picked it up. I watched it once sober, the again months later DRUNK........It didn't help.

Napoleon Dynamite was a really different kind of movie. Either you really really liked it or you really really hated it. But it did have some really great characters in it.

I didn't read this entire thread, but I hope someone mentioned any of "The Grunge" series.
I love horror movies, but these have to have been just about the most boring, silly, nonsencical movies I could never get through ... I tried a handful of times too.

Also, pretty much anything Matthew McConaughey is in, though Dazed & Confused is awesome. He should have pretty much hung it up after that role.

Well alright then, with the exception of the first 3 indiana jones movies and the first 2 proper star wars movies, everything that twit has done has been contemptible dreck.

I disagree I thought Matthew McConaughey was great in killer joe. Lots of good movies getting listed here as being bad.

A Time To Kill and Lincoln Lawyer were good performances by him.

Any Ed Wood movie, yes. The movie "Ed Wood," on the other hand, is very good IMO. Martin Landau's Bela Lugosi is outstanding.

As far as as an "unwatchable" movie... back in the 80s, my GF forced me to go see a movie called "Perfect" about a Rolling Stone reporter (John Travolta) tasked with writing an undercover expose intended to "blow the lid off of the cutthroat world of professional aerobics instruction." That 90 minutes was the worst week I ever spent in a movie theater.

I've never actually finished Scott Pilgrim. Other activities have ended that movie early every time. I'm beginning to think it's magic or something.

I left the theater during Paranormal Activity 2. It was terrible. Other than that, I can't think of anything that's gotten much worse than a "meh" from me. Most of the time, I just turn the channel or find something else to do if a movie isn't to my liking.
