The only real issue with mine is an annual tweak of the neck. I store it flat, and I need to try storing it more upright, or on it's side.

Once I adjust the neck, I absolutely love that bass.

It’s not just you. Mine is the same way. I noticed it awhile back when playing. I’m not sure why Fender made this new bridge that way and it’s the only thing that bugs me about this otherwise spectacular bass.

Oh man. In the end -
Get an AVRI bridge with the threaded saddles and you can thank me later. Easy- fendery- inexpensive. Flip that bad badass (into the trash) just kidding - joking. I have a few. Sell it to a young Geddyhead. My two cents.

I'd be incredibly surprised if the Leo Quann didn't fit. The original Japanese run of Geddys had the Leo Quann.

The USA did at one time.
Mark - a Mississippi river term: a mark on the line that measured depth signified a fathom, or six feet.

my bridge was slotted oddly too. the previous owner fixed it. i only noticed it was once wrong because there are a couple slots in the saddles.

Had A question for any USA Fender Geddy Lee Jazz bassist, I noticed on my strings the "A" string to the "D" string is a wider gap/distance and makes it a little harder to jump from those strings and I assume it might be a faulty badass bridge they come with. I looked bass all over and came to that conclusion, maybe I should take a chance and buy another badass bridge? anybody have this problem? I have seen other pics and a lot don't seem like they have that gap problem but some do anybody?

The E-A spacing on my Geddy was noticeably narrower than the A-D and D-G when I got it. I filed a new slot on the E saddle to fix it. If you look closely you can see the old slot in the pic below.

I noticed the same on my Geddy bridge too years ago when my strings didn’t align with the pickup poles, and replaced it with a hipshot bridge and all is well now.
