Alright Vegwads..... uhh I mean, hey guys!
In a nutshell, the new girlfriend doesn't eat meat (she will eat fish/seafood/shellfish though) and being practically carnivore, I'm stuck for ideas for dinner. The way I learned to cook, most meals are centred around meat as the main ingredient, or at the very least, meat constitutes a major part of the flavour.
So, what could I cook that would be a vegetarian dish that not only she will like, but won't leave me felling like something was missing? Mind you I do eat vegetarian from time to time, but it's usually sushi, and I'm trying to mix it up here. Big, bold flavours are always a plus.

And you need to buy spices, tons of them. And use them, alot
The thing you feel is missing is basically just salt, but tofu without spices might turn you off of tofu forever.
