One time I saw Victor Wooten play through an old, worn out truck tire. The tone was SO sweet.

Another time, I filmed Victor Wooten with some high speed cameras and when I watched the film at 1/100th speed it was obvious that his fret hand has 8 fingers.

And the last time I saw Victor Wooten play - he didn't play at all, he used mental telepathy to project the performance directly into the audience members brains. MIND BLOWING.

Has anyone played the new Hartke line, and would like to report? I personally would love to get ahold of one of their tiltback 115 combos. Hartke has always rocked IMO, and I remember first playing through the venerable 400rb (or 800RB) and Hartke 4X10 setup, which sounded hella better than the Kustom rig that was in the band room. I remember rocking the showchoir with that rig and a Stingray 5. MMmmmmmmm.








PS, if you tell anyone that I played bass for show choir, keep in mind that I have recieved training in the deadly arts, am an expert in global positioning via military-grade GPS systems, and happen to know where you live and what time you sleep!!!!

I had a chance to play through an LH head and the HyDrive cabs that were at NAMM, didn't plug into the combos though, too many suits around that were trying to see if they'd turn a profit on them (which they will and the customer will still get a heckuva great deal)

anywho, from what I remember and noticed, the head has gobs of power and headroom and the cabinets were amazingly full. My main cab is a 410XL and the HyDrive still retained the bulk of that Hartke top but the cabs just seemed to have a lot more low, low mid than typically what comes out of a 410XL.

can not wait for them to start shipping, looks like it'll only be about another month or so!!!!!

I just saw him tonight. He was using Bergantino, and Anthony Wellington was using Aguilar.

Sounded f***ing incredible. One of the best shows I've ever seen period.

Also, strangely enough I liked Anthony's sound more than Victor's. It was huge!

By stating twice now that you are "not at liberty to say", you are stating that you indeed know something everybody else doesn't about the subject. That's a rear-ended way of saying you have some inside info on the subject which is hard for me to believe considering Vic himself doesn't even know yet.

With all due respect, you really need to learn the real business of how endorsements work.

You would really be surprised at what I know.


I know you have issues with me, because you expressed that you did just a few weeks ago :)
