VT Deluxe Talkbass group purchase?

Be patient, it's a new item and you are probably still a month out on the deluxe version. I work for a Tech 21 dealer and our ETA if 6/7/10 at the moment.

The dates TPB gave (from Tech21) was mid-to-late May. Per James at TPB, there has been no change to that. Let's figure late May and then figure out a way to keep from climbing the walls for a month...

Definitely no on the second order or adding. I can't speak to whether anyone wants to sell their VT Deluxe in advance...
The good news is that they're almost here, and you'll be able to shop around when they come out.

Built myself a board and I got an Boss Eq7,Qballs enigma, Turbo rat, and a tuner. Once this thing hits in a few weeks I'm ordering one, but I one know the response first. Where would this go in the effects line (after the rat maybe)?

Rule of thumb would be after all the envelope / boost / fuzz effects, and before the chorus / flanger / phaser/ reverb / echo effects. In your case, after the rat.

Rule of thumb would be after all the envelope / boost / fuzz effects, and before the chorus / flanger / phaser/ reverb / echo effects. In your case, after the rat.

This is true for some (hence "rule of thumb"), but some of us (as JimmyM stated earlier) will juts put it at the end of our signal chain, just before the amp, as it acts as an amp modeler, and some people prefer to run their effects in-line with the amp. It's really a matter of preference and it depends on how you plan to use this pedal.

Also, consider that the pedal has it's own fx loop which will function like the fx loop of an actual amp head.

I agree. I`d love to hear some updates as to what`s going on.. even if it`s just to say they are finishing up the first batches on the line and are getting them all nice and ready to ship.
