What do you use to store unused pedals?

I always try to keep the original box for the pedal, and I have two big 6ft metal storage cabinets in the studio that store lots of accessory type stuff-pedals, cables, microphones, strings, computer stuff, etc. These cabinets can be locked, which is a little bit useful, although I admit I rarely lock them. Someone breaks into my studio if I’m out of town, they’re gonna have a real good heist. Smh

I keep them in a Clever Crate storage bin.

Large cardboard boxes work well.

Make sure you remove the 9 volt batteries for long term storage.

Does anyone have any good storage cases or ideas for storing unused pedals and other small gear?

I store them in the cardboard box my GT-10B came in.

It's getting full, I guess I will have to buy a new multi-effects. What comes in a box as big as a GT-10B nowadays?

I use a cheap little bookshelf right next to my desk in my home studio. Got the idea from a studio I recorded in. I like it more than wall mounted shelves because I can easily move it I also have little bins in it organize small items for building boards. Velcro, cioks power cables, usb cables for stuff like my source audio pedals and my hx stomp. Helps me avoid a tangled ball of cables. Even still have a bin of rack screws even though I don’t currently own a rack.

usually I have enough pedals wired on boards I'm using that i have enough empty boxes for pedals that didn't come with boxes.
