Who’s better? The Beatles or The Stones?
Had a drunk (in a wine bar, no less) request Pink Floyd. Got pissed when we said no. We were a Fakebook acoustic jazz trio. Seriously, it happened."Can y'all do Freebird?"

This is not a part of the question but goes with previous post, , we were at our gig in South Alabama. We are all in our early 60's. I saw the lead talking to this guy for several minutes. Then the lead walked back, and said "I have not seen him since high school". I said 'cool' but I remembered he did not grow up here. I asked where did you go to HS? He said Miami FL. which is 1000 miles away,,,,,Years ago my main bass was a Steinberger L2, The question was always,. "Hey, What happened to the rest of your bass?.." It ceased being funny after the 1st 500 times.
In the early 1980's I served in the USAF based in N. Ca. I played a series of gigs one Holiday season with a fun pickup band made up of more folks from the base. The lead singer was a super friendly big fellow who was also a fine singer.
Over 20 years later I'm at the Gloucester, Mass 4th of July parade, The Shriners in their little cars signaled the end of the event & as I turned around to exit I notice the fellow standing behind me is the singer from that band,
It was one of those surreal speechless moments when we both realized who each other were!..
"Does a barber who only shaves those who don't shave themselves shave himself?"“Do dentists go to other dentists or do they just do it themselves?”
Are you vaccinated? Number one question I want people to stop asking. None of your business
"Are you vaxxed?"
