What to Put on my *Pedaltrain Mini*???

I finally did the procedure to my OctaBass. Here's some pics.

I had a bit of trouble because on this pedal I had already "sliced" most of the neoprene of with a razor blade (don't do that, you'll scratch the blue paint in some places). I ended up squirting WD40 all over the pad and letting it soak in a bit. Then I rubbed it off, pressing really hard with both of my thumbs (sore now) and using the friction and heat to work it off. I used a piece of 100% cotton bath towel which seemed just rough enough to scrub it well but also it did not scratch the blue paint. It is also much easier and cleaner if you remove the bottom plate from the pedal (I did right off the bat). Next up is my UniChorus.

Brim, that is awesome man! You just did a great job on those pedals! Congratulation, nice one!

No I haven't. But I kinda like the neoprene gone...it's flatter and it sits snuggly on the MINI. I used it yesterday at church and it rocked. I only have my Boss TU-2 & OctaBass on there now. I need to get my UniChorus on, but before that I need to get a 1spot or some kind of power supply - uses batteries now!

Just peeled my UniChorus. And here is the latest incarnation of my Mini...soon to change. I also just picked up a MXR AutoQ and a Dunlop DC Brick (wonder if I should mount it on the bars or vertically against the front rail).

I'm going to A/B the Bass Octave Deluxe and the OctaBass - may the better octaver win. So far, the BOD tracks lower notes better (down to a G on my E string). The DynaVerb is for sale and I'm still not sure about the UniChorus, as I haven't used it much. So these will possibly be taken out and replaced with an AutoQ and something else (not sure yet).

E...what's the signal path on your board? I can't make out the cables enough to tell.

Hey Brim, thanks for asking,
your job at the pictures just wonderful! Your mini so pretty! Congrat for that! Yes, so my signal path is;
from bass -> Peterson tuner -> down into MultiComp -> back up to SansAmp VT -> down again to Unichorus -> DynaVerb -> EB JR volume pedal -> JDI -> into the mixer board, headphone amp, and PA and my in ear.
Just simple I was follow the manual and the preffered setup from EBS and SansAmp, works for me mainly for in ear monitoring - ampless rehearsal and gig , but for amp setup I am planning to get the "next" EBS pedal a MultiDrive for the spot of the VT Bass, ooor just next to it. I figured out the JDI nicely can fit under the board, I only have to make a custom metal panel for that. Once a while I placed the Dunlop DC Brick there nicely with the given panel, I think my thread with the pictures still here somewhere. My JR board came with those two panel to mount the power supply, not the Dc brick, but I figoured out how to put under the pedal with ONE! panel without scratching and making ugly things on the units! -of course!:D as you can see (you can not see) on my board there was a DC brick under!:smug:
