I'm the Customer service manager for Eden (I have been for a bit over a year). I agree we had service issues before I aquired the position. I believe our service to be one of the best in the buissness now. If you check out our forum (I'm also the admin) you'll see a common consenses. Occasinally we are back ordered on parts, but this happens to all manufacturers. If any one is having an issue with my service department please let me know as I want our service to be held at the same level as our tone.
Thanks
I'm here and will speak up more often. I really want to shed the negativity associated with the CS department here.

I'm being sincere when asking for input and will make sure everyone gets great service from us. I believe in our amps and I want everyone else to as well.
...is well documented here and on the 'other' forum. They have been trying to rebuild in the last year or so, but man do you EVER have a huge backlog of bad karma to wade through. At one point Eden was pretty much top of the heap. Now it's considered a heap of a totally different kind. I do hope JAM and you can get it partway back to it's former glory.
It is going to be difficult, but the company TOTALLY brought it on itself. It's arrogance reached whole new depths in dealing with it's customers who, like me, paid top dollar for our gear. I bought into the 1205 pre-order disaster, paid $2200.00 Cdn for it, waited a year, it was faulty right out of the box, then had a nine month nightmare trying to get it fixed, which never did happen, and during which time Lane lied through his teeth and doctored and removed posts on the Eden forum making me look like an ******* and the one who was lying. Nice!
Incidentally, you won't be getting me back, ever. Read some of my pre-1205 posts, and then after, to see how radically my opinion of that company changed. I'm a professional bass player and instructor. My opinion gets spread through generations of bass players around here quickly. If you piss off people like me, you haven't lost one potential customer, but dozens. Annually. None of my friends, colleagues, or students are even thinking about buying Eden anymore.
It's going to be a tough haul for you guys; good luck.
Sincerely,
Cameron
