- Musicman Sterling (2000euros + 300 euros because I've reffretted it and changed the finish..)
- Ovation Celebrity Bass acoustic (600euros)
- Yamaha fretless bass (200euros)
- Ashdown EVO II 500 head (1000euros)
- Mesa 1x15' cab (400euros)
- Effects, DI, gigbags, hardcases, straplocks, tuner, etc.. (300euros)

TOTAL = near 5000euros
Oh ! I didn't make the total yet, wow... I could have a nice car :hmm:

This is going to hurt. Most of this stuff was bought when I was at my previous (well paying) job, now I can barely afford the car payment... never added it all up, doing so may be very traumatic but here goes.

Basses: $6700
Bass Amps/Cabs: $3450
Effects, etc: $1400

total $11550.

Generally I only bought something if it was a great deal. the street price on much of it would be higher, much higher in some cases. I like unusual gear, totals here are what I paid, hard to figure the actual value of some of it, like the Ampeg Isovent that's been modified with EV and Eden speakers or my Mouradian bass. The resale on my 2 Ristola basses would be less than I paid, I bought them new at the going rate because they were unique and perfect "for me." Single most expensive item is my 5 string, I think the best deal was my $50 Peavey bass head. I know nothing about it, it only identifies itself as "Peavey Bass" but it sounds great and my guitarist wants to steal it, he says when it's cranked into distortion it's the best blues amp he's heard. Not counting the 2 project basses I have that are in progress.

I'm not going to even think about figuring out what I've got into guitar and synth equipment, or recording gear. Ack. I'm going to be sick now.

wow just over 2k(5 including the upright) , never realized that :) not great but not bad, wait till i get another paying job, i'll probably actually have a good elec bass to play on.
