Well, this one (probably my favorite P-Bass) is Vintage White, which looks pale yellow. But still shows up pretty well with a black shirt. And here's my white P/J (which is definitely white...

I gravitate toward white basses, more of that than any other finish in my collection.

There is no neck pickup. This bass was never factory routed for one,so that’s the way it’s going to stay.That's a pretty bass. I see a neck pickup, but also only two knobs...is it a 4000 that later had a neck pickup added?
