I had a recording engineer once counsel me; "everybody sucks to somebody."
Sure, all positive points, severely out weighed by: flaky, low baller, shady, misinformed, dealers posting as private entrails. I was a "motivated seller" at one time. Never again, waste of time, maybe your area is better? I'd rather deal with offer up or something that allows feedback.
I'd choose the one service I have no say in. When I order anything from GC, they send it by UPS.
The UPS drivers around here are bad, but that's probably everywhere.
At one time I could easily just get my package set to will call, but GC has since stopped allowing that.
I've complained about it EVERY time I was unable to change to will call, but AFAIK GC still is making some sort of requests to UPS to disallow this.

They fired everyone at my nearest GC that was worth talking to, or maybe they quit on their own, but they're gone.

MF does the same thing now as well. Just one of the many reasons I no longer purchase anything from them.
Well, MF, Music123.com, and GC are all as one.
They even have identical invoices, save for the name.
I assume someone hijacked someone else's delivery, thus all of us have to suffer for it.

The best part is, nobody at UPS can give you an answer as to why, they blame MF. MF in turn won't give an answer either and they blame UPS.
It seems to me UPS would rather you pick it up, and why should MF/GC put a halt to this option? Living in an apartment complex and working a Monday through Friday job, I'm not home when they deliver. I'm sure somewhere there was a deal cut to save someone money by doing this.

On subsequent deliveries I chose to give up. I wasted more time on the phone that first time than I would have waiting around for their driver to take it to the wrong address.
Twice now I've waited around ALL day for them & then during the 20 minutes where I had to be out, they tried to deliver.
If I would have stayed at home they wouldn't have delivered until 19:30, which is what happened before.

that's a tough one , as it's in the eye of the beholder ! who mite suck the most for me does'nt mean its the suckiest for you and vise versa !but if twisting my arm hard enough I would have to go with McDonalds !
