Worst bass for metal?

This is kind of a non-topic. If you know what you are doing you can make just about anything work in any situation. I saw a metal band once where the guy was playing an upright and he seriously rocked it all the way around, even tone wise. No one ever became a ground breaker without breaking some rules.
 
I dunno. I think it's just having a sense of humor.

I play in a black metal band and a doom metal band. Both have sometimes speculated about getting the Hello Kitty guitar, getting better parts put on it, and rocking the crap out of it. Because it would be hilarious.

A true kindred spirit! Just imagine going out on stage looking like Abbath and rocking one of those things!

BTW did your name come from a Clive Barker novel?
