Wow. I played a 7,000 seat concert hall once, huge stage, loud crowd. The two guitarists in the band each had a 100 watt Marshall half stack, and they were more than enough. Three full stacks?

You should get rid of your own stuff, and get Geddy Lees stacks on stage. Sstacks of washing machines, tumblers, kitchen sink...just to see what your gtrd said...

You should be more worried with how the band will sound to an audience rather than whether or not the guitarist will drown you out. A band isn't meant to be a battle of volume levels.
Why does he need a rig that big? If you are playing large venues, your amp should be for stage volume so the band can hear each other and the PA should be projecting to the room. My band plays casinos, large clubs and outdoor festivals. One of my guitarists uses a Mesa Boogie 5/25 combo with a single 10 cab. We have no trouble hearing him. The other guitarist uses a 30 watt Marshall head with a 410 cab. More than enough power.

Blow up amps. Like beach balls, you could grab them off the stack and throw them at the audience!

In stereo mode, for the most part. I only run it in bridged mode when I feel I need to push it a bit.

Well, since it is a Sabbath tribute band, more stacks on stage will look better. As long as everyone is managing their sound, it's all good.
OP, sneak over to the Variac and turn the whole shebang down!! On that subject, I hope he isn’t using that little thing to control all three amps!
Guitarists who won't turn down? ... do we still need them? They sure seem to have needed me a lot.

I think you should find out being the responsible one. (Guitar players are irresponsible and drummers are just animals) LOL

Don't let these guys get you down. That wall of Marshalls looks great. By all means meet your guitarist on his own turf. Get some more amps and cabs, and since he's into vintage, find some that do justice to the vibe. I don't know what's the matter with people these days. They claim to Rock and then buy class d amps and neo cabs. With the right equipment, you don't need DI boxes.
i think you can hold on with your rig, if not just get a 410 instead of 115. how do the AK cabs sound? did you A/B to some other sealed cabs?
I personally have 3, but they all do different stuff. One is dirty one is clean and one is talkbox/vocoder
