Gig Bag: Anti-diarrhea pills, tums, excedrin, capo, glass slide, condoms, drum key (no idea how that got there), multi tool, ear plugs, hand-held tuner, extra strings, and assorted 5-hour energy's.
Car: Toilet paper (you never know), spare set of clothing (including socks, undies, and hoodie), first aid kit, and a mag light.
I'm always prepared...

Paperclips and a soldering iron. You'd be amazed how quickly you can replace the earth wire on a guitar when the pressure's on.

About the strangest things I take with me are a guitar distortion pedal and a pair of drumsticks. Not in case the drummer breaks his or the guitarists multi effects breaks. They are just mine that I don't bother taking out of my backpack. =P
