Your favorite bass, ever?

My favorite ever was a Peavey Cirrus 5 USA from the late 1990's, it played like a dream and sounded fantastic... unfortunately it was sold when I had been out of work for a long time.... I tried finding another recently, but they are rare and too expensive for this point in life...

My first bass too. If you lived in Milwaukee in the 60's and 70's you likely had one.

I found another Carvin SB5000 that I liked even better. So now these 2 are gone and these 2 rule the roost.
My favorite 4 and my favorite 5.
Same woods, same 70's pickup placement and single coils .

I know it's difficult to single out one bass that you might consider your favorite but just wondering if you had one choice what would it be? For me it's my 1995 German Warwick Fortress One Masterman. It's the easiest playing and best sounding bass of the 30 or so basses that i have owned.View attachment 4126578 It would be the last one that i would ever sell.

Mine too, is my 1995 German made Fortress Masterman. And then a close 2nd, my newly acquired 1997 German made Streamer Pro-M.
