Zon basses - is everything OK ?

I've been around the internet long enough...I do understand trolling when I see it.
Internet lawyers have been offering their "analysis" (worth what you paid for it) since time immemorial. What I do find interesting, ahem blood from a stone, are the "insights" of those with apparent access to Zon's internal processes and finances.
Yep! Only complaint was the wait. (Insert joke about my username)
How do you know how long they waited?
It’s all in this thread…Rumblefisher going on 7 years now and still no bass…
I mean the guys in the photo... maybe they waited 8 lol

It’s crazy to me that a company with the reputation of Zon would treat a customer this way. I understand that delays occur, but 7 YEARS! I would be expecting a major discount on the final product.
A drop of something sweet does not change the taste of something inherently bitter.
I glad this individual received their basses. Do you happen to know how long they waited or how many empty promises were made to them along the way ?

If I were waiting years past ETA, I would most definitely NOT feel OK about Zon just because some other player received his basses. Matter of fact, my response to this Zon post might be "look at that, the high profile player got his fancy custom builds, but I'm still waiting".
So... nice try, but as long as there are customers waiting years past ETA, Zon's business practices cannot be considered "OK".
I think it's pretty easy for someone who has been waiting years for a Zon bass to view your posts as suggesting that nothing's wrong with Zon by you pointing out the delivery of new basses or stating that no one is waiting X amount of time for a bass, when there is at least one person waiting longer. Posting what you do and then telling someone to relax is quite passive-aggressive.
No response to emails. I am convinced my order is a piece of wood and a neck blank. They give you just enough lip service to make you go away for a while.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt with Covid but this is ridiculous .
Sometimes you have to cut your losses and move on.
Has any one else been told to expect a instrument in the last two months.

Otis I'm so sorry your still going thru this, I noticed back in May of 2022 you mentioned you have 3 Zon's on order have you received any of the 3 Zon's yet?
When was the last communication on ETA of any of your Zon's?
