yeah I did and it works 100%. I used @packrats shematic and a picture I found where I ordered the switch. Was pretty straight forward and the job was done in about an hour. Only "proplem" was like I said, I had to drill the Potihole 0,5mm bigger but that's just fine. Invalid Link Removed

It's done!!! Love the sound of Bridge+Neck and Neck alone sounds good too. Had to drill the hole 0,5mm bigger (it's 9,5mm now) to fit in the new rotary switch. Thanks again to @packrat !

same. I won't cut the orginal wires or solder to them. I'll just put them out of the terminal block from the DB-switch and add a new terminal block from where I run the cables to the new switch.

Thank you guys! The piece which screws into the wood with the 2 screws itself is the "nut" for the jack. Didn't knew that. Took out the 2 screws, pulled out the jack assembly and made sure the "plate" sits tight on the jack again. Back together there is no wiggle anymore. If it comes loose...

The input jack on my NG3 moves a bit when I wiggle my cable. I can turn the threaded part which is visible from the outside with my fingers to the left and right. Is this how it is supposed to be? Signal is fine, no crackling or anything. I am just curious and I don't want to screw out the...

Speaking of switches.....my NG3 has the D-Bird-Switch but I honestly want all the options. So I would order a 6-way switch and solder myself. I remember someone on here did it himself and he wanted to see if he has the chematics to do the job.

Indeed the prices here in germany are strange from time to time....I got my NG3 in purple for 1949€ in the beginning of the year. Now the same bass is listed for 2399€ here (Invalid Link Removed)
