I got one too. I like the look and feel of this bass, but I'm not sure about the pre-amp or pick ups, in active I have the volume up to almost 10 and vs. any of my other basses, passive or active @ almost 10 would be too loud with the same amp settings. Then in passive mode, no tone control...

Have you tried changing your cable? I had a bad hum yesterday and changed the cable, and it went away.

I had a sub to SBL and I only went to the online lessons probably 3 or 4 times in one year. I just couldn't get into his lessons, it seemed to be all over the place and the lessons that probably would have help he wanted to charge extra for those. I got tired of all of the rambling and him...

Has anyone bought one of these new Aero's yet (P or J)? Are they worth the extra cost? I bought my export Aero for ~$800 new and a non-export for ~$1k new. So what is the difference with these Aero's that is making these cost more? Fender Aerodyne Special 4-String Precision Bass, Bright White...
