They both have nice tone. The He sounded like it had no bottom, like you would need a 15" to go with it. The HLF had good bottom, mid, upper tones and is the one I bought. Best thing to do is go try them side by side if you can.

Well I just started playing awhile back and have 2 Fenders. I love the tone and the feel of them. The other day my son and I went to a local G/C and I did play a Musicman which I did like the feel of but I'm happy with what I have for now.

Around me there have been a few Craig lists scams, Just be carefull. It's kinda funny cause you'll see a few ad's with the same picture. If you think something is funny about the ad, you can flag it.

Well I just got home with the amp head and it's like brand new. It's 2 years old but like I said it looks new and it came with a rack, cords, and book. Now after the holidays to start saving for a cabinet. Thanks guys for your input and Happy Holidays to you!

I would try it for yourself first be for making judgement. I just bought a American jazz 10 days ago and love the tone of it.

Check your cord also, I had bought a cheap cord and that was my problem.

I got mine off E-bay for $20.00 to the door, White pearl.

I love both of my Fenders, I did try a Schecter which was nice but had a neck problem. Look for a used one, you may get a lot more for your money ( Craigs list & E-bay).

Do what someone else said, go play them for yourself. I really like the Geddy but one day at a shop by me they had a American red chrome jazz. Well after checking it out and playing it, I bought it. Two diffrant feels and tones to me so I'm giving my son the Geddy for Christmas.
