Tonehammer is your choice. I've had both (TH500 and AG 500 DC) and the AG will not get you there without some extra preamps.

I love wider necks because narrow 6 string necks tend to make my left hand finger position worse. Depends on the hand size though but yeah, I definitely appreciate a wide neck for a 6er.

I have the original V4B, 1972 if memory serves me correct. A powerhouse of an amp and despite being a 100W head, with proper speakers handles the biggest gigs with relative ease. Minus something like the wembley stadium ofc but if you ever make it there, you'll be able to buy 10 V4Bs anyways.

Yes. A dedicated sound interface of a small format which you can buy for laundry pennies. I have yet to witness one of these fail.

No such thing as a "switch". You use whatever is appropriate for what you're trying to do. Ideally you want to be proficient in all of them. Finger, pick, slap, muting, alternative techniques such as mute slap (very popular today) etc etc...
