As much of a fanboy of MH as I am, I doubt I'd ever buy a bottle of that MH lager, for the same reason I'll never buy Converse shoes with a Ramones logo on them.

Ah, too far.
I did notice earlier, with the help of gOOgle, that there's a brewery making Cream Ales in Richmond. I'll be there next week.
2 of whatever he's having, but then I'm done....can't play or shoot pool worth a damn after any more than 2 !
I used to go bowling & drink beer. I was an ace after 6 beers, but was really lousy after 9.
Bowling.....hell yeah, man! 120 average with zero beers, 200 with 3, back to 120 at 4. Just get a pitcher of Shock Top for $12 and share some of it....99 cent games and Sunday afternoon beers still live in my town !! drool

A bunch of good beers have been mentioned. Because it's a seasonal and out now I am drinking a lot of Sierra Nevada's Celebration Ale.
Otherwise it is usually Sierra Nevada Torpedo IPA.

Another classic from one of my favorite breweries. I'm a Washingtonian, but I will freely admit that Oregon does beer better than any other state. The number of top notch breweries (mostly using Yakima Washington hops I might add
) in Oregon is staggering.
I'm usually A bourbon or whiskey guy when practicing at home....
Don't drink at all when the band practices (most of the time.....) Because we are a church band and we practice at church.
On the occasion when we practice at someone's house... The " rules " are different... Still more of a whiskey guy though.

Every time I am up in the Northwest My lovely bride and I stop in for a Deschutes IPA right at the source in Bend. Love that place!
The best beer for bass is single - malt scotch. Preferably Glenlivet 12 or 15.
