At work today, playing The Peddlers Jamboree, at The Trailside Cafe, on the KATY Trail, Rocheport MO.
Two day bike ride, saw a lot of the same crowd both days as it was a round-trip ride.

Been a while since the LG and I danced the dance; she's still a great partner.

Your clothes scream "rock and roll"... :D

What happened to Ken? I don't think I've heard a peep from him in a month or so.
Ken Jung?
He was in the middle of moving last time I spoke to him.
Ken's been in Wisconsin for a while now IIRC...
He posted a comment on his youtube channel a few weeks ago...

"I'm kind of winding down my Talkbass/Youtube deal. I'm very set on my gear, and after almost 40 years of gigging, I'm bringing 'er in for a landing.

All the best to all of you, and keep of funkin' and wumpin'! I'll keep the channel up for a while until all the stuff I've reviewed becomes obsolete!

+1...He finished moving to Wisconsin earlier this month and is still getting settled there with his new place. He's also pretty much through with TB - like he said on the YouTube channel he's settled on his gear and he's basically said all on here that there is to say. I doubt he'll be back unless there is some new and really exciting news/products in the bass gear world.

Wow -- the end of an era. Ken is one of those guys that I feel like I've known forever here on TB. I will really miss him being around here. There are a core of us "old timers" and it's weird to see them winding down...

I wish him all the best.

Honestly, even then, I doubt that'd change things unless he was planning to get the new thing himself, which at this point, I think there would be a fairly small chance of.

He's actually going through a really cool and refreshing life change. In many ways, I very much envy him.

+1

BTW, those who know him well have his email, and he's still available there.
