yes they do! 33 and 34
I know we all have our reasons, but I was very surprised to see you were considering letting this go. I've long admired this lined fretless. My first couple of fretless basses were all lined and this one I thought was especially appealing.

I see. Makes sense. Too bad it won't be ready for NAMM, that will be a great bass to show off.Tom, I just remembered that the Studio had a big thick bottom end and I always loved the way they turned out when FBass was making them. I dont care about the 2 fewer frets on a bass like this as I'm a Fender kind of guy anyways.
We'll see in about 5 months![]()
Hey guys. I have a '97 BN5 and from what I understand the pickups and maybe the preamp are different than what is used today in the BN5s. I love this bass, and am thinking about getting another. Could you guys explain a little of the differences in the old electronics and pickups vs the new stuff? Is the tone drastically different? Thanks in advance.
Recent photo shoot of my F Bass AC6. Struggling with the decision to sell or keep!

BTW, the video didn't get interesting to me until about 3:40.And here is an Official Fbass video that will NOT help alleviate Jake's GAS for an ash / maple / 70s VF5... [wink]
Unfortunately health problems (particularly with my left hand) have me in decline / retire mode more than acquire / grow mode so that might not ever happen, but listening to Karel in this song sure makes me wish I could.
