There were a few final hang ups on the Laggan 7 , but 22 months after deposit, she’s finally getting packed to ship.
Will take some good shots after she arrives.

well, Bill and Mike have assembled this beauty/beast in record time. I can wait a little longer. who knows? it might even coincide with my birthday!

Just got a call from Tony @ Planet Bass-
my custom Q5 has the body finished, neck fabricated, and waiting on the next set of velvet finishes to be painted and then the satin finish on my bass.
After that, hardware and electronics will be installed and then sent to Tony for some custom options and then home to me!
ETA last week of November, first week of December! Words can't describe...

it's 9mm at the nut and 17mm at the bridge. all of that over a 34" scale.
and thanks for the kind words on the fretboard grain, smakbass and Tom. it's really a shame to break up that beautiful ribbon figure with frets.
