CWB 12 - The Dirty Dozen

This morning we are taking Bridget (our soft coated wheaten terrier) to the vet to have surgery again. She has 4 lumps, two of which the doctor does not like the looks of. All four will be removed. (Three and a half years ago she had a 5 pound tumor removed and she is only a forty pound dog.)

Keep our cool little dog in your thoughts. (She'll be 12 on March 5th.)

Be well Bridget!

Happy Valentines Day to all of the amazingly lovely CWB ladies :bassist:

When they went to do the surgery they found several more nasty looking lumps. They did an xray and determined that our Bridget girl is full of cancer.

The vet thought that surgery wound do more harm than good, so now we will focus on keeping Bridget happy and comfortable.

Sigh. I remember being there all too well. Keep her comfortable as you can and enjoy her company. Sorry for this news.

Mike, I'm so sorry to hear that. She's been an awesome little girl for you and I'm sure this is very hard for you and Jackie. I'll light a candle and put her in my prayers.

Hi all ... here is where I spent yesterday -

I really love being in the studio - it's pretty much my favorite thing in the world. (Well, OK, maybe second favorite thing.) I hope to have some new Vague Assurances tunes for you within a few weeks. The recording is done, but we need to go back one more time for the mixing.

Gig tonight, so I am having a good music weekend. :bassist:

Tat, Boston is a little too far from NY to just pop up there for an evening, tempting as that sounds. I am still trying to line up a Florida trip, which is not a crazy idea at this time of the year anyway.

That looks amazing. Can't wait to hear what comes of it. :p
