Thanks. No, there is no hope for a Sonic Cherry reunion. Drummer was very cute and sweet, but really flippin nuts (and not in a good way) and impossible to be around. New drummer is cute and an AMAZING musician, and absolutely no drama. What a difference playing with a really good drummer can make.
I'm in 2 different bands currently, trying to learn songs as quickly as possible, working on some originals as well. It's been crazy. I needed the 5-er because one of the bands plays a set in drop C# tuning (yes, C# - not D, Not C....), and I didn't like the way the E string felt/ played dropped down that low. Didn't want to get a new set-up because the other band plays in standard tuning...
I'm like 3 pages back and have to go... This thread moves so fast! I will try to get back tonight. Hugs to all my CWB and MoCWB peeps!
Hopefully things improve this time. Did the first set fall out maybe (they normally do after some time anyway) or maybe weren't put in very well the first time? Anyway, glad this went well.My son is 10 - He had an earlier set at 13months old but was still having a lot of problems. Surgery was pretty easy. He was a little groggy afterwards but all went well.
Basses are great that way. And who wouldn't be happy with a lot of attention from you?...but thankfully it hasn't gotten jealous, and of course it still gets a great deal of attention.
Ooooooooo, haven't seen much of that world class pout around here in a long time! Just thinking about it makes me want to cave in on something. Anything. Just ... yes, fine .... whatever you want!
Monday I'm working til 4, so I wouldn't make it until 10, but I'm totally willing!
I have to work on Tuesday so I can't hang out during the day, but if you don't work Tuesday and want to come and then go back next day, I'll swap my king for a double queen and you can stay with me.
Except Thursdays.
Yeah. Thursdays are my day to take responsibility (blame) for everything wrong in the world, so they can get a little stressful. I'm still pretty awesome, but I'm a lot snarkier on Thursdays than the other days of the week.

Two? Heh. Three! FM, PA, AND ME!!!!!! We would pounce on sadly unsuspecting Columbus, OH with full frontal awesomeness CUBED!!!!!!! Then, paint the town red before retreating back into our recovery zones to plan another invasion. It won't be long before we've covered everywhere East of the Mississippi and start the move westward.
My band might have another gig in June! Waiting for the band to confirm availability. It would be an outdoor dinner time show.

I don't understand why you're so fearful of us. We'd never permanently injure a MoCWB. Besides, it's really bad manners to abuse your playthings - they run away if you don't take good care of them.
I got in Sunday night, left this morning again, so I haven't had any time to edit and convert yet. I'm hoping for this weekend, but I'd rather send to him first and let him post since it's his band.
