Yes. Well, sort of. I found another just like it. I sell tons of stuff and have only had true regret twice. My original oxblood mbd was one of them.
Nearly a year later, and it DIDN'T replace my Pork Loin. But it DID replace my long-serving B3K, which is now #2 for that tone. So I now use the MBD2 for a medium gain modern metal tone. Plenty of bite and aggression, but most importantly articulation and clarity with heft.
I'm sure this has been asked and answered but a bit difficult to find in a five year long thread. That said, what is the power draw of the MBD-2 and MBD-3?

Current draw on MBD is ~35ma although there is a very brief spike to ~100ma on startup from the internal power supply. I would recommend giving MBD its own isolated power supply tap and not daisy chaining.

Alrighty then! Got the MBD-2 this afternoon and first impressions are this thing is strong. Feels well built and looks ultra cool in person. First thing to hit me was a very bright LED when I turned it on. (short term fix is a small piece of black cloth hockey stick tape) It showed up with these settings,
Wow talk about thunder. Loaded up some Black Label Society and was there. Then started looking for a lower gain solution for my current "main stream" project. Loaded up some ACDC and ended up with this.
For now this will be my default medium/low gain setting with my current set up. Imagine there will be more tweaking once it's dropped in between the sub atomic and the fat drive. This pedal is a definite keeper.
Pedal was tested by itself (until I get a dedicated isolated power supply, cioks dc7? Come on black friday...lol).
Signal chain for test was USA Millennium five plus > MBD-2 > Mesa Subway D800+ > Shure SRH 440s/Genz 3x12 vertical stack. Sounded good under headphones, sounded great through the faital loaded cabs. Did I mention this pedal is a keeper?

Ever since my Peavey MarkIV broke, the Dirtfixer has been off my "board"(it's just my amp) because I have used it with the Reiner Gasoline and since I'm using a GK400RB, I have the Centurion pedal added for the Peavey sound I like. I figured both the Gasoline and Centurion stacked together was about perfect, so no need to add anything else.
The cool thing about the Dirtfixer is it's not like stacking yet another EQ - it sits by itself, enhancing what you already have(obviously) but I also found another cool use for it - it's easy to darken/warm up/thicken, and/or sharpen a pre set tone you already like. Kind of like how Geddy Lee talked about using his 3 sources of bass recording inputs(preamp di, clean direct, and mic'd I think) and varying how much of each of them to use on a song all based on a basic tone setting he likes to get everything he needs.
So yeah, I knew a dirt-enhancing pedal wasn't going anywhere for me. It just took me a bit to wrap my head around altering an already-good tone. That low pass, combined with the dirt-enhancing EQ rocks. I regretted selling my BLOOP at times but not any more.
