I'm sure on Canadian made you can order pretty much any colour you wantWell, that would make it easier. Hopefully they haven't discontinued the colour I want![]()
I haven't looked at a Dingwall price/option list lately, but I've never heard of the Super P being available with anything other than passive electronics.
Very early models had a rechargeable pre option. I don't know if many were made.
Hey all:
I have an older Combustion with the old style pickups. I'm wondering if any of you have tried the FD3 P/J and the FD3N pickups and could describe the difference in sound versus the stock pickups?
I also have an older ABII. I replaced the stock pickups with Nordstrand Big Splits and the tone is awesome. I wonder if I should try to transplant the old AB pickups into the Combustion...
Absolutely perfect.

I wish I understood??
Yep. I think 2016 was the last year. Not sure. Time seems a blur this eve.Did Dingwall ever do rosewood boards?
Yep. Just need a pic if it isnt a bass there is already a pic of for custom color.I'm sure on Canadian made you can order pretty much any colour you want
A couple of questions, I am looking at a Super J and there are a few things I would modify: I would make it a PJ if possible.
Do all Super Js have the routing for a P pickup? This is an early one (2006ish).
How much would it cost, roughly to do this? I don’t see the P pickups and the pickguards on the Dingwall site.
Thanks!
Here's a short clip of the Magick Fuzz I just pulled out of... pls excuse sloppy playing.@Matt Dean
I’ve been trying to hunt down clips of the magick fuzz and all I can find is guitar demos. I see you’ve got one. How would you describe it compared to some other fuzzes. Thinking about getting on. Toss up between that or a TFR. Only have room for one. Just curious because I haven’t seen anyone else around here that uses that fuzz.
