Congrats! I think the D-Roc is a monster machine!
I'm not surprised at your findings, when I had a D-Bird Standard, it was consistently as versatile as any other bass I had, including other Dingwall's. You can get, darn near, any sound out of that bass that you want, AND, my passive D-Bird Standard was also, LOUDER than any bass I had at the time, including other Dingwall's. If I had better been able to deal with the ergo's of the D-basses, I'd still have one...![]()
