I wanted to see about running the neck pup and bridge pup in series at the same time. Im hoping I’ll be able to do that once I rewire them.
If the pick-up selector switch isn’t wired for that combination, you’ll need to get a new one that is. Either an NG3 selector, or a custom 6 way one. Or swap the wiring of your pickups (which will affect the options available to you from the pick-up selector). Or do you plan to bypass the pick-up selector and hardwire the combination you want?

Well I was hoping to make all the pups run in series. I prefer the power behind it Tone wise. I was hoping to go

Series Neck
Series Middle
Series bridge
Series Neck/Bridge

i was wondering how it would go into the switch. Getting them to run in series seems easy it’s now getting that last combo…

I have looked into this as well for my droc... final decision is a 6 way from fretnation. The switch is a bear I don't wanna poke

I have two Dingwall ABZ's, both with two pickups. The neck + bridge in series is the only setting I use on both of them. I want to get one with 3 pickups because I'm curious about middle + bridge, but the neck/bridge series is outstanding.

In fact, you can hear it here:

That was sweet, the base MP40 clip was my favorite somewhat isolated atleast but the brightness of some of the other clips might be desirable with more going on.

why can’t the switch on it be used for that ? It’s got 4 options which would fit
Series neck position-1
Series middle position-2
Series bridge position-3
Series Neck/Bridge position-4
To save space, the selector switch has a PCB with the standard DRoc settings. You would need to desolder that switch and hand wire all the options. Usually people find it worth the cost of just getting a custom made 6 position switch from here: [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

Middle solo sounds killer

My Super PJ finally landed at JFB. Very excited to get it this week. It turned out really well. The only thing I somewhat wish is that I requested a dark wenge fretboard, but the grain is really nice. Also awesome that it weighs 7 lbs 11oz (ironic my birth weight ha?).
Can't get here soon enough

That's what I consider my SJ5's true 'voice' - I hard-wired both of its Super Fatties in series and I run them in series. Beauty! When I had my NG-2, I tried the pickups in parallel and series. Didn't really care for either setting, but that's just me. I always soloed the neck pickup (middle position on a 3x), so that was its 'voice' for me. I spec'd a Droc switch on my 3x AB so I can solo the middle pickup. To repeat myself for the umpteenth time, it's in a very sweet spot. :D
