Depending on what you're after, it might be better/faster/easier to just talk to a dealer.

If anyone is curious, I got a reply from Glockenklang and converting from 3-band to 2-band is possible. This was their response:
You unsolder the 5 cables on the main board and connect the 2 wholes beside the 100n MKP capacitor.
I’ll have to open up the cavity and see how it would look with that modification. Sounds simple enough. Five cables for one mid control sounds like a lot…

Someone here tried or owns a Dingwall racing stripe strap? What do you think of it?
It looks good, and I need a new strap. But, I have to order it without seing, trying, or touching it. Hence, why I am asking.

There are no dealers near me, I'm trying to find out if they'll sell direct or if they want me to pick a dealer that will ship.
I emailed them with a similar question recently. It took them over three weeks to respond, they directed me to a dealer who I emailed and then... weeks later I'm still waiting on a reply from the dealer. Your question might be different, but I'm not surprised if you're waiting on a response for a while.
You can literally pick any dealer. John Fox Bass and Fret Nation are super common dealers to work with, and both are workaholics.
I can certainly mention a Dingwall dealer in the US that ghosted me several times - I guess they can afford to lose the business from a serious, experienced, and even-keeled buyer who has money in hand.
That said, the previously mentioned John Fox and FretNation are top-notch. The straight-shooter reputation they both have is deserved and is evident before, during, and after the sale.
Surely they get a worthwhile chunk of the $X000 a Dingwall costs, so it's crazy a dealer would provide bad service when you're trying to place an order.
They both sound great, assuming you're in the US, which not everyone is. Including Dingwall.
I have one, it’s good-looking, well-made and comfortable. I just don’t like the slotted length adjustment because I like to use the same strap with all my basses, and I need quick adjustment.

My son is traveling internationally with his AB2 and will likely have to check his bass. Does anyone have recommendations on good hard cases that will survive being checked in?

I fly with my Dingwall in a Gruv Gear Bass Kapsule all the time. Mine is an SJ and it fits fine. Not sure about a 37” model. If it fits it works great and doubles as luggage.
I use my Enki double case for flying.
I will also suggest if you don’t have a solid case to take a box of chocolates and explain to the flight staff that it simply cannot be checked. I told them, “ I’ll fly underneath and the bass can take my seat” as an option. lol.
Assure them it will fit overhead or if they have a coat closet they could put it in you’d be most appreciative. A box of nice chocolate will go an incredibly long way with this. I was given this tip from flight staff and actually applied it in person with great success.

Not sure where you’re at in Canada but I have seen a few smaller dealers popping up. L and M did /maybe still does have the market mostly cornered in Can but they don’t really do a great job of hyping the Canadian brand.
Agreeing with others who have listed a couple of great dealers as options but I don’t blame you for trying to find a Canadian dealer over a US one. CAD/USD not a pleasant conversion at this time, especially if you then have to factor any other fees considered.
Perhaps it’s best to just order it in to your nearest L and M and go for a drive?
My thought process was similar... "hey, what's another $135 at this point, to get more tonal options?" But, I also went for two P-tone pickups (in a Super J) and later learned that P-tones weren't really meant to sound good in anything other than series. So my switches stay in the up (series) position basically all the time.
I think they'd be worth getting for all other pickups, and I don't think they look bad! But I'd say avoid if you happen to be getting P-tones, or if you really value a cleaner look to the bass. Then you could invest that saved money into a tone control and really have a wide range available.

Just got an NG3. Dumb question probably, but is the notch in the middle 50% tone or 100%?
