I have never taken any bass into the bathroom. I can't imagine that I ever will. It has never even occurred to me.
We may not always admit it but I know we all do it. We all take our basses into the bathroom with us to practice will we are doing our sit down business. I'm mean... honestly! It would be a huge waste of time not to. Right? Anyway.. now that we have all admitted it, Does Fender still rule the stool? I've tried using my Ibanez but it's just not the same as pooping with a P bass. I like to look down and see some tort loaf when I'm pinching off a loaf of my own. When it comes to toilet practice Leo really got it right the first time. What bass do you use? I bet it's a Fender or a Fender type bass, isn't it?

Bad speaker perhaps? Try rolling off the lows and turning down a bit. See if that helps.
