You are entitled to your opinion of 'Myers-Briggs. I however found it to be most useful, not only did it nail my personality to a tee. It also allowed me to understand my wife and children much better and led to a much more harmonious home life. I took the test a second time about 15 years later wondering if I had changed. I haven't.
Shortly after my second testing, I took their career assessment, it nailed that too. At age 54 a financial planner I find out the best career for me is an actor. Right, somebody is going plunk down $8-$10 at the local movie house to see this mug on the big screen….what a laugh!!
Then I thought about what I do all day. I tell people stories , I take them mentally from where they are in the present to some place 20-30 years in the future, which is exactly what an good actor does.
Not that that you didn't take your test seriously, but if you do and answer the questions honestly, it's pretty accurate.
I can't say I find myself categorized. I just like good songs regardless of genre. Country AND Western!

Yes, this is broad brush. It reminds me of horoscope readings. The descriptions are peppered with items that will flatter some and annoy others. But they are sufficiently distributed so that typically there will be at least a couple that will please the target audience. This is not behavioral science. Don't be fooled by the "medically reviewed" at the top of that article. It must be a low bar.

. I'd (probably) go after it like Pavlov's dog and Skinner's pigeon, in theory writing silly things capable of endangering the public, humans, dogs, and birds alike. People, please don't take the article as more than an entertaining read. Please. It is funny. It can, however, damage nice human beings. Instead, laugh at the stereotypes therein and eat yummy food…in moderation, etc. 
You're right. The Myers-Briggs has absolutely no psychometric validity. It's a little bit like this article.

my violent, abusive father (who was also an abusive husband) listened to and played nothing but classical music and a few standards. i've known several total liars and con artists, and they mostly listened to pop. i used to be way into indie while being highly motivated and getting things done.
that being said, my husband is really into death metal, and he is gentle and creative.
