if you broke, relocating, down on luck or just looking for freedom from mom and dad...

I don't care but you better be hungry...

over the next few weeks I will find and rent a room or location to work / live in

it would be nice to have you chip in for rent, food, utilities , etc... but if your doing sooo bad that you just can not.... I can understand!

I have been homeless before, I have been broke and I now what it is like to start over...

so if you need to start over.... then you need to understand that I can and will help if your committed to helping me in return

I have a few business plan I am unfolding and putting into play this year and I want to build a staff to take my company and ideas to the next level

I will teach you everything you need to know
you just have to be able to listen, learn and be loyal

we will basically be roomates and co workers

so our interviews need to be more than just one 5 minute Skype session or phone call

I am a musican, artist, producer and more..
I have the patience to teach but if your skilled or creative.... knowing so may influence my decision

I don't care if your a male or female , 18 or 42 ... we need to be compatible ( for the record , I am straight male , thats love rap, rock, gambling, 420, sports, lakers, ufc , ) so if we don't click.. no hard feelings... but I am putting together "MY" dynasty and for many... my dreams, idea, and movement just might not be interesting or motivating enough to put forth the effort....

so we will talk in detail as much as possible


I have to stay in Riverside. I work in the city during the week and I need to be able to clock out, grab a bite to eat and head to my new office so I can build a company worth bragging about.

so here is the game plan

I am starting a brand new record label, music studio and audio production company, media marketing... plus I already have a internet radio station.

I am looking for a home to build the office in and be able to work when needed

I will not be throwing any parties or disturbing any piece
.... and I wont be recording a full live band at any point
when we do record it will be piece by piece, voice by voice

but 70% of the work is very quiet online or on the general computer

nothing to heavy

I do plan on working late nights and weekends since I work during the weekDAYS

I don't mind a test week or month... but I will need a contract and I will need to file a insurance policy so I can claim renters insurance to protect me against any theft or damage.


I prefer a legit office but I doubt I will find a great one for under $350 per month

so my staff and I am prepared to rent a room, studio, backhouse.. etc...

if it is something I can live in... or sleep in on late work nights... then I don't mind paying a little extra.
plus one of my staff members is in a delimema , her family is moving to Montana and she does not want to, .... so If she could actually live in the office it would help her and I would feel more comfortable bringing more office equipment,..

I own a 2 bedroom near the train tracks but even if I insolated the house... the kids never would let me get a break to get real work done....

we have clients.... work and we are expanding... we all need a one stop work shop where we can focus and make money.

LMAO...are these people serious? Sounds like a real professional operation. My favorite part was about the staff member who is going to live in the office so she doesn't have to go to Montana.
