I think I saw champagne sparkle among the colors shown for the design experience. That would be my first choice. At least until we know all the choices.
So, I've had the new 5hh less than a week and I can't seem to put it down. A few of you asked me to share my thoughts after I got to play with it for a bit.
I am soooo glad I went with the HH, the crazy amount of tones I can get out of this really floors me. Given my mindset has been the H for so long, I feel like I got way more than I expected. I reaaaally like position 4, the inner coils. It is just such a punchy modern tone.
I remember a few of you, in regard to the different switch settings, saying about how some fit in the mix better than others. Last night I did a play along with some music... some straight up jazz, some modern soul, and some old funk, and went through the switches as I played them. I now see what you mean. Some of the tones don't necessarily stand out to me when just playing solo, me thinking I might not really use them, but they do sound better in the mix.
Also occurred to me how incredible a fretless 5HH would sound, but I'm not sure if those are available. Part of me hopes they aren't....

By the way, when I got my Hot Honey 5HH, I had originally been waiting on the 5H. That one is now in stock, they have one and it's a nice 8lbs 9oz...

Is it even possible to get a fretless 5HH? Didn't see anything on the EBMM site about it, nor does Googling find me anything.
It will be next month when they start the custom design experience
