Older thread but I just picked up a TN501. My impressions:
So I initially picked up the WTP600. Loved the tone but the power output was horrible for a 600 watt head. I figured I'd pick up the TN501 and test drive it.
Pros:
1. Killer tone
2. Useful EQ if you actually spend the time to read the manual and use it correctly.
3. Lightweight
4. LOUD! Blows the WTP600 out of the water!
5. Price point (they run $649 new, I got mine for $415 as a demo)
CONS:
1. Kind of flimsy especially the knobs and switches. I rack mounted it for safety.
2. Rack rails that come with it do not properly fit any standard rack case. You can either secure it via the 2 top screws OR the 2 bottom but all 4 won't line up.

Same form factor, settings and power amps as 90% of the heads currently on the market. Amps are boring these days.
At least this one makes a difference by looking like a villain control panel from the 70s. It only misses Dymo embossed labels.
The homemade factor is enhanced by the random placement of visibly crooked switches.

Happily trending in my own peculiar direction.
I still love my old Eden's but for the life of me, I cannot fathom why they're still using those old red switches after the "update". They feel and look cheap. They updated the knobs so why the 90's technology with these things. Just silly.
I recently bought a used / demo unit WTX-264. Laughing because about five years ago they were blowing out at Amazon for $219 and I paid $399 for my demo! Anyway, this is my first experience with Eden and now I can hear why so many people love them. Man,the tone is so excellent, silky smooth, and the bass is DEEP. Working with the tone stack is very easy to me, and I never dealt much with paramentic EQ in the past. The mid sweep makes it so you can have a mid-deep sound (80's rock) or sweep to high mid to get that modern clacky slap sound. So I would recommend Eden to anyone. I've thought about getting the Terra Nova but this little WTX-264 sounds so sweet with my two Eden EX110 8 ohm cabs. What a match made in heaven!
I think anyone is going to be pleased with the Terra Nova if they like the Eden sound. It is a more modern style amp compared to the WTX-264 and I kind of like that about it. I'm half tempted to buy one to try it out.... more on that later..........!

Not yet. Eden has had some staffing changes, and we are still waiting on getting our hands on some gear to review.

I'm curious about updated reviews of the Tera Nova heads. I don't mind the look, kind of fun and quirky, and I really like a parametric EQ.
Here's a few questions I have:
How's the tone with everything set flat and Enhance off? Is it neutral, or is there baked in EQ curve?
Regarding the Enhance knob, anyone know the center frequency of its mid cut?
What's the input impedance for the active and passive inputs?

Dunno. Long time and current Eden owner. They just seem like a different company now. My Edens are decades old at this point.
I just purchased the Module Terra Nova preamp pedal (75€ plus shipping) and it is very noisy when it is not grounded. If I only have a bass, a pair of headphones, and the original power supply plugged into the pedal, it is just super noisy. It is a bit less noisy if I touch any metal surfaces, i.e. the strings on the bass, or the casing of the pedal. I tried both positions of the ground lift button to no avail. Since the power supply has only two prongs (hot and neutral), I guess it is not providing a ground line. (The DC plug only has + and -). Anyway, I almost gave up at this point but then I had an idea - I connected the pedal via the XLR DI connection to my audio interface, which established a ground line through the USB cable and the motherboard / power supply / power cable of my desktop PC. This fixed the issue, the hissing noise is removed and there is no clicks when I touch or release the strings. This somewhat limits the usability of the preamp pedal as a silent practice tool, due to the unbearable hissing. I guess one could make a ground connection either through the DI or either of the L/R jack out ports, without modifying the pedal itself. This should not be an issue when the pedal is connected to grounded equipment (power amp, PA, FOH, etc.)
